For new clients we will collect the spare key at the meet up if you are happy to go ahead with the booking. Please have that ready for us to take away. If your booking is being shared by 2 cat sitters, please ensure there are 2 sets of keys for us.

If you have a concierge / reception in your building you are welcome to leave the key(s) with them for us to collect.

If you use a key safe/key box outside your property, we can too. Please ensure your cat sitter has the code at least 24hrs prior to visits starting.

We will KEEP YOUR SPARE KEY so we have it for the next booking AND if you ever find yourself locked out, you know who’s got the spare to help!

NOTE: We will never leave your keys alongside any information linking them to your home address. The ONLY identifiers we may use if you dont have a distinguishable key ring, is to add the cats names to a tab.

NOTE: When visiting while you are away we will be discreet, not drawing attention to an empty house. We do not wear obvious uniforms or arrive in a vehicle advertising our service
