CAT SITTING - DROP IN VISIT

Available as a daily drop in

A standard service, where your cat sitter will stay up to 30 minutes in order to feed, clean bowls, change water and sort litter in accordance with your requirements.

Play time and cuddles are included in all visits!

Daily updates including pics and videos will be sent after each visit as standard.

Any home essentials can be discussed when booking such as watering plants, putting out bins, drawing curtains etc.

Our MOST POPULAR SERVICE for all cats

Visits include everything a drop in cat sitting does, however we stay longer with your cats/kittens to ensure they all get the attention they deserve!

Feeding, watering, litter check/change and all the basics will be covered, with extra time time to interact, to play and to give each cat enough fuss.

Daily updates including pics and videos will be sent after each visits as standard.

If you have a multicat household, are away for a week or more or have a cat who requires medication - we strongly recommend booking our signature service.

CAT SITTING - OVERNIGHT STAYS

Overnight visits include food, water, litter check/change both PM and AM each time.

The sitter will then stay overnight in your home to ensure your cat(s) receive attention should they need overnight, and that any medication can be administered at the same time each morning and evening.

Overnight visit requirements must be discussed well in advance and the ability to turn off any in-home recording devices by the sitter is essential when they are staying.

NOTE - the sitter will not stay in the house during all of the daytime as well as through the night.

Our bespoke visits allow you to fully design how we can help. From the amount of time spent with your feline friend, to the specific and individual requirements they deserve. Whether thats administering medication throughout the day, feeding at regular intervals or simply being there to watch them while you’re working overtime.

We will as standard, include feeding, watering, cleaning and/or changing litter in accordance with your requirements, and play time is included in all visits!

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

NO CAT? NO PROBLEM. We can do housesittings too!

AND we look after other small animals. If you are looking for someone to take care of your home while you are away from it, we can help. Plants needed watered? Bins to go out? Lights on, curtains drawn, doors checked?

ADDITIONAL FEES

CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION MORE THAN 14 DAYS PRIOR = FULL REFUND

CANCELLATION 13-8 DAYS PRIOR = 50% REFUND

BOOKING OR CANCELLATION 7 DAYS OR LESS = NO REFUND

CHANGES TO SECURED BOOKINGS

ALL changes and updates to confirmed bookings will be subject to a £20 admin fee

PEAK PRICING

Please note we charge an additional 50% on all public holidays and plus 15% on peak dates.

Passing on the uplift to our sitters for public holidays encourages more availability for you.

MEET UP DEPOSIT

An £18 fee will be charged before we complete the initial meet up. This will act as a deposit and be deducted from the total cost of your full booking. If you fail to attend the meet and greet, or you do not go ahead with the booking, the deposit is non-refundable.

ADDITIONAL TIME/TASKS

In undertaking unexpected tasks while at any sittings, that run over 30mins longer than booked, one further visit will be charged.

VET FEES

In any emergency, if we need to take your cat to their vet, the cost of doing so will be charged back (this includes any travel costs incurred to bring them there / back, and the cost of any medication or vet fees for the visit)
