1. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SITTERS AVAILABILITY HERE FIRST

2. PLEASE GO TO THE SERVICES PAGE, SELECT THE SERVICE YOU WOULD LIKE TO BOOK AND THEN COMPLETE THE BOOKING FORM

3. If you are an existing customer you will receive an email reply with your “CONFIRMATION OF AVAILABILITY”, a booking reference number and your invoice for the visits

3b. If you are a new client, you will receive the same PLUS an invitation for us to meet and get you registered as soon as possible

4. ONCE YOUR INVOICE IS PAID, YOU WILL RECEIVE A “BOOKING SECURED” EMAIL AND YOUR SITTER WILL BE ASSIGNED

*NOTE: Your booking is only secured once payment is recevied. If we dont receive payment within 3 days of the request, avails will be released and you will be notified. If you would still like a cat sitter, you are welcome to make a new booking request

ONCE SECURED, you can sit back, relax and prepare for your holiday! We will check in just before you head off, in case of any last minute updates and then keep in touch while you are away with pics and updates!
