Minimum 7 days’ notice for all cat sitting requests (except emergencies)

No more automated reminders - payment secures your sitter immediately

No late payment fees - unpaid cat sitting requests will simply be released

Changes after payment will incur a £20 admin fee

Extended trips or late returns count as a change and are subject to sitter availability
