We will always visit as close to your cats regular feeding times as possible
If we are booked for more than just 1-2 days, we will establish a regular timed visit each day so they are expecting us and get used to the routine
AM visits will fall between 8am and 11am
ANYTIME visits will be just that - from 11am onwards if we are fully booked in the mornings prior, or they may slot into the AM rounds, depending on your location (and requirements)
Not all our cat sitters will offer PM visiting. If they do, this needs to be discussed at the time of request and if your cat requires more than one visit per day the 2nd/PM visit may be with an alternative sitter to the the AM visitor.
For our cat sitters safety, ALL visit will take place during daylight hours, unless otherwise agreed in advanced with your specific cat sitter

All admin will take place during regular business hours Monday-Friday 8am-6pm
We WILL NOT be online Saturday or Sunday (EMERGENCIES will be the exception and during live bookings we are always contactable via WhatsApp 8am - 8pm)
We aim to reply to all emails and booking requests within 2-3 working days. This may take slightly longer during peak times such as over Christmas and during the crazy Summer Holiday months!
